Dr. Bhattarai Nepal is undergoing a serious problem of brain drain. Priveledged nepalese having sound academic and technical background have been flocking abroad to US, UK and Australia in huge numbers with most of them certain not to be back anytime soon. Such people can stay only if there are incentives for them in Nepal- better career, growth, money. My personal experience in US also confirms this fact as I see and hear the desire of almost all Nepali students to live and stay here forever by any means. You should seriously think about that afterall everyone is not committed and willing to serve for others at the sacrifice of self-service.
A stable economy, peace and security are the main areas the government needs to focus.

I m one of ur very real fan sir,but i m not satisfied now.I was one of the most satisfied citizen for ur work & struggle.
My question is that why have u all pahadi leaders of Maoist avoided,hated my one of charming leader of Madhesh,Mr Matrika Yadav.You all r not doing good job for us.I strongly want to challange u that u can not develop the Madhesh without kind of Madhes's Leader Matrika Yadav.
Really u r not liable for Madhesh,really u all don't want to forward a Madhesi leader for leading position of Nepal.

I am a member of All Nepal Farmer's Association (Revolutionary).
I would like to put one comment on Interim Constitution 2063, proposed by NCP (Maoist)Part-3, Point No 1, sub point (Tha)about the Maulik Hak wrote that the local resources water, forest etc should be with in the grip of local people.
I object this point, What do you mean by local people? The good resources are gripped well by those local Jimmawal, Mukhiya since the biginning. Poor and disadvantaged people are resided on sides where approach of good natural resources are not available.
This point should written in a way that the local resources should be well distributed/allocated based on requirement of poor and disadvantaged section of the society.
For example in Tanahu, Aabukhaireni-1 Yanchok we have approved Rs 35,00,000/- for water from GON to provide water to the 61 HH of Dalt and Janajati poor people to bring water from POLO khola of Aabukhaireni-2, Tanahu, but local Jimmawal, Mukhiya does not allow us to bring that water. Hence there are 4 different sources of water running with out any use, why? we could not bring this water ? because of this type of provision in constitution. Please re write this. Please see the project which is going to be collapse. I would also like to request to implement this project for the benifit of poor people.
